Been thinking about ordering up some U.S. Wheel Boomerangs in 17", and can't decide whether I like it or not. If I do, Summit Racing has them for about $165 each. 17x9 rears and 17x8 fronts, all with 4.25" backspacing. From everything I've read here, they'll fit fine.
I just can't decide if they're badass, or a little too "ghetto". Here's a crappy chop of my car with them eyeballed in at 17", lol.

Let me know :D

I like them. Should also help when it comes time to whip out your Powerball cleaning wheel. What rims were on there before?

Stock T wheels are on it now. I'm torn between these and 15" Weld Draglites *shrug*

I think on your car those will look great. Draglghts are gay like they said above.

They look good. I like 5 spoke wheels. The chopshop doesn't look to scale, so they'll look better in person. 4.5" bs would give a more 'tucked' look.

See if they come in polished. Chrome aluminum just doesn't last. Maybe even paint the center spokes the color of the car.

They look very similar to ARE Hopsters. I like them. Just be certain you know what you're in for if the are polished billet aluminum, you'll need a powerball for sure to keep them looking new. I favored wheels that were chrome instead of polish alum for that reason...especially if its a daily driver.

I dont know dude, I have pretty much the same car on the forsale section and it has the big chrome package. You initial feelings are right BLING BLING! Dont do it.

hey homie...where'd ya get them riiiiiiiiiims?

I'm not a fan...but to each his own, get what you like, not what everyone else likes.

I agree with avoiding polished aluminum for a daily driver. I've got a set of alumastars on my non-daily and they go to hell in a heartbeat. My car stays in the garage and never sees weather but I have to clean/polish probably 4 times a year. Even the humidity outside gets them all cruddy. Really need to stay on top of it too, if they get too far gone and pitted, you might not get them back to new. You've really got to be sold on the style to put up with that much maintenance.

Hope this helps.
Steve
