There are some wheels that have an offset of +38 and a bolt pattern of 5 100/114.3 . Will these fit a GN? They are 17X7. Will they need spacers?

I believe bolt pattern.

for GN (4.75) is 120.65mm

learn your bolt patterns and offsets relating to backspace of the given rim size...the +38 offset will vary, but if are looking at 7 inch rims the backspace of that offset is gonna be 5.5 bs...depending on tire size you might get away with it or end up using a 5mm spacer ...you may catch just enough on the lugs....but don't buy the wheels..lol
