When starting the car lights come on and no crank

So went to start the T today no crank and I noticed that the headlights came on very dim whe trying to start and the light switch is off
horn doesn't work radio doesn't work car is on a fast system with edash and no data on the edash

Lost a ground?
Could be trying to ground thru the headlight ground circuit.
