Where can you find touch up paint 19/WA848

From what I have been advised, the paint code is 19. However, the water code is WA828.

I have been unable to find a touch up bottle 19/WA828. Has anyone purchased this?

I know it says WA848 on the trunk sticker but the bottle I got from the dealer recently says WA5118 on it.
