Had our big hoopla quarterly meeting today at the hospital. The CDC (center for disease control) recommendations are now that hospitals no longer take culture swabs from patients being admitted to hospitals and hospitals are complying. The reason is they don’t want patients over medicated but the downside is we now have no idea of any infectious diseases that are being brought into the hospital setting until they manifest. So now we wait for the outbreak! It is impossible to take the precaution on every admittance as if they were contagious. As a patient you are never required to disclose any contagion you have so we have to wait for the outbreak which may result in fatalities add that to compliance of staff and doctors practicing simple hygiene is poor (around 60% according to national documentation). Were getting dumber by the minute, we certainly are not evolving into a higher life form. I’m safer walking around Baghdad than at work.

I konw what I'd like to say but you posted this in the wrong place. If it was in the political section I'd be all over it. Repost it and see what you get for the stupidity of the government.
