Where does this connector go ?

Drivers side fender, has 12v constant and ground

It looks like it's in the right location for the Powermaster, but I remember a larger plug for that. Its hard to tell but is it tied to that red wire that looks spliced into the harness? Perhaps an old alarm system? I've seen the sirens mounted on that inner fender before..

Yes it's tied into the main harness, seems factory to me also has a fusible link wire coming out from where it is spliced into the harness wires

We have one on our, owned since new, 85 t-type and it connects to nothing.
Maybe something GM put in for testing.
