Where is alky going ? DIY

This has happened twice both under same conditions. Hot day 95+ driving
on hwy 65-70mph eng temp 170-180 exit and stop-n-go traffic for 15min
temp rises to 190-210 inside of car smells like alky. Alky arm switch inside
car off position so system not on. Nozzle is highest point of system. When open hood alky container is half empty and under pressure. No leaks anywhere. My container has been full for last month however car
not driven in stop-n-go or on hot days.
Where is alky going how can i prevent this?

do you have a vented cap on the alky reservior ?, if not heat will expand the air in the tank and the slightest pressure buildup will force the alky out the nozzle

Needs a vented cap.
