Ralph has taken a job managing a produce market in northern CA. One of his relatives runs the pizza store & he visits it once a week to check in. This economy has hurt him like many others & had to take the extra job to keep afloat. It says a lot about him, at least he hasn't given up & is working hard to feed his family.

I have to admit I do too, I have known Ralph since he was 17. Claims the first time he met me I made him cry. He has gotten even with me though. The last two cars I bought from him . I was so sore I couldn't sit down for a couple of days. lol

Wow...did NOT expect that....Lompoc??? I lived there for five years! Went to Cabrillo and everything! Lived off of East Oak on the other by the riverbed! Don't hear the name of THAT town often!

There WAS a Buick there for five years! My dad had his 87 T the whole time we were there. If you see a brown '70 GS Stage 1 witha big block in it and owned by one of the mechanics in town (was at one of the big dealers) that was my Dads before he bought his T. Never saw another one when we were there though.

I normally cruise through Lompoc around Christmas Time so I'll try and track you down when I do.

I actually did talk to Ralph today & reminisced about the fact that the car when I bought it was running so bad it barely made it to my shop & thinking to myself he did it to me again & why did I buy it. Regals typically aren't in demand like GN's but like the Black one I owned before it with some work they make great sleepers. Just some special about the one you now own.

Do I detect some sibling rivalry between my children. Guy is currently grabbing the headlines. Everyone else is sitting around wishing each other Happy Birthdays. Get those cars out of the garages & do something. The west coast nationals are coming up . Get out there & support it & that especially includes that Hen Pecked chicken. I tired of all the freakin excuses!
