Where to buy a 4 bolt flange?

I went to hookup my new downpipe. I looked under the car the flange is different on the test pipe and stock downpipe. Its a 3 bolt universal under there. I can't hookup the downpipe until I find a 4 bolt flange. Any ideas on what I can do? Where to buy a 4 bolt flange?

I would recommend getting a new test pipe designed to fit your new downpipe.

i see a pic of the testpipe to the dp having a 3bolt header flange that connection is usually just a slip joint
and i see a pic of a four bolt that i really am not sure what its on, is that your catback or the other side of the test pipe

the exhaust (cat back)should be a 4 bolt and so should be the end of the test pipe that connects to it
