You can get a JW SFI internal balance flexplate and have your stock balancer turn on a lathe to zero balance.

if i was going to spend the money on an internal balanced crank(eagle) and a JW flywheel then i wouldnt do anything with the stock balancer. i would invest in a quality BHJ balancer. i imagine that it does just a little bit better job of absorbing harmonics than stock. just my $.02 worth.
