I'm looking for a new. I've seen them selling for 900 to almost $2,000. Who is a reputable company that is fairly priced? I'm trying to avoid one built w/ cheapo parts. Seems like a big price range. Are there different grades of internals, bearings, etc or is one the same as the next?

If TA 49 power is all your looking for, I think I would leave it OE tell the fast bugs bites you hard enough to do it correct.
If not it will be 500.00 this month than another 600 next 700 the next. You get my point

a Oe will get close but I don't have those tuning skills to give that advise
Today we will have more questions than suggestions
500ish you will need lots more than a turbo. You should be looking at new tech turbos. New turbo spool much faster to Suport 500 hp. You have sources like Mr.Spool and ,RUQWKNF Some good venders too that can help direct you.
Watch the for sale section. some of use have move from OE to 500 and are taking it the next step
I will be removing some parts in the next 2 to 3 weeks . Fuel pump with sending unit , hot wire , newly cleaned and flowed injectors that will Suport 500 and that's just a small part of what is needed. You will need a good list of things on both sides of the turbo
