where to buy new pipes

the guy i bought the car from put that white pipe in from the intercooler to the intake (is that the up pipe?). the maf pipe is still the black stocker and it's ok... but what options do i have for replacing these pipes? will changing to aftermarket pipe increase airflow - if so what else will i need to do if i replace them?

oh yea - he also put on a white turbo shield... if i replace the pipes i'd like to replace the turbo shield as well.

Sandblast the shield and paint it or have it powder coated silver/chrome.

I have my turbo shield, up pipe and MAF pipe all powder coated silver. Looks great, easy to keep clean (you can wax them).
