Ya know the two oil passage holes in the front of the block that used the pounded in cups. I drilled and tapped these to 3/8" pipe but now I need to find the short plugs.
Years ago one of our vendors was selling them but cannot find them anywhere.
What do ya all do for this or does everyone use the push in cups?

Even the shortest ones are a little too long for the passenger side. If you look you can see where it need to be ground at an angle. Install it nice and tight. Make a dot on the block and the plug with paint or a center punch. Go to the bench grinder and grind it. reinstall it so the dots line up again. Problem solved

So there is no one that manufactures these short stubby plugs? I do not want to spend the time cutting full length ones down to fit. Any suggestions on what to buy. Thanks
