?where to find 37LB emmissions chip?

Who amoung the Chip Guru's , can make me a emission chip for 37 lb Delphi injectors,
87 ecm, 87 maf, on Hot air MOTOR with Ported IRons, 206 roller, EGR blocked, Cat installed,MSD DIS-4 high output, autolite 24's, accel coil.

IDLE blm about 126 now, maybe close enough.

If you only have to pass a idle emissions test, it probably will pass without using an emissions chip. just MHO.

126 is plenty close. How is it at 2500 RPM?
