where to get a gasket?

I need a gasket for the governor in my tranny. Does anyone sell these by themselves or will a whole rebuild kit be neccessary?

200-4r governor gasket #8634477 is available at ypur GM dealer
for $5.42 list. I get a small discount and paid $4.02.
