Where to get bushings to replace heim ends?

I'm not sure how to explain this but I want to replace heim ends with poly bushings. Where can I purchase poly bushings that are already built with the threaded rods welded on? I thought I have seen somewhere that I can purchase these already made. I think they have a 3/4" thread and they already have the poly bushings installed.
