Where to get test pipe with cut out

I might be cutting off my 10+yr test pipe with cutout as I need to put my cat on for emissions . Its pretty rusty so I would like to just get a new one . I got this one years ago from Zero to Sixty . Its for a stock down pipe ...

why dont you just a buy a high flow cat- and use an electric cut out infront of it- then your legal all the time, but you can open the cut out whenever you feel like- its the best of both worlds. and on top of that some of the newer cats have very little restriction. just my .02 cents
