Where to purchase MAT sensor?

My car just started running rough,no power.I Checked plugwires, replaced plugs, good fuel pressure.When i checked for a code i got a 12 12 12 23 23 23 12 12 12 (MAT sensor). Problem is, i cannot find a new one. I`ve checked the internet (Buick, ACdelco Parts) and some local parts stores. I can`t even find a part# or listing. Is this a dealer item?

What does the mat sesor do , is it the air temp sensor, if so i got mine from auto zone. If that is what it is i can get a part number for you , but its probley not and i just dont even know
