Hi Lonnie
I bought a T400 from you 3 yrs ago, just now got around to installing it,
its a manual / trans brake/ for high horse power turbo V6,
has all forward gears, but no reverse, or trans brake .
tried Neutral and Rev, with button applied, nothing, I hear solinoid apply,
is there a pin not long enough?

And yes I posted in trans section, within 3 min of each other, I copied and pasted the same message in each post.
You see I was up front about age of trans, and was asking for help, not for waranty, you offered to repair it!
I felt it was unfair to expect you to pay shipping on a complete trans ( my guess more than $200) so I had the trans looked at, to see if something minor was at fault.
When I offered to ship JUST the VB (to save $$) you replied "THAT WORKS!!!!" so I did ask before I took it upon myself to ship the VB.
I paid shipping for valve body,to be sent to you, I did not know you were using junk for VB/trans brake. and you never mentioned that the builder wouldn't waranty it.
If you cannot afford to provide a good product, or you feel its rubs you the wrong way, then by all means do not replace the VB/trans brake.
I can live without your sarcasm and self pity.
you do what you feel is right.

I did do what I thought was fair. I offered to fix it. I owe the phone call tomorrow and I will follow threw.
Lonnie I have to add to this thread, I have paid for my trans in full $3350 for your ultimate 200R4 and I can not get Lonnie to return my calls and emails, The trans was done in early Febuary and I still have not received it, he has told me on three occassions that it has been shipped and no trans. Lonnie if you are reading this I want a full refund, I can no longer trust your service or your product. I am afraid I will be getting the wham bam thank you mam product. I want a full refund, I am sorry I had to post this on this thread but, you do not answer you phone, voice mails or emails and I have been lied to long enough.
