I blew my old te60 and bought this one from another board memeber who gave mea good deal. The actuator i ordered from fullthrottle for my other te60 will not work on the turbo. Old te60 was a precision with 3"in/2"out, thisone is a garret with 4"in/2.5" out. Any help would be great, im trying to get this thing to the track this weekend so i need to order asap

TIA

Unfortunately, your link to your photo is a black screen.

But I can tell you for certain, that if you have the turbo orientated in the '86-'87 configuration (Meaning the comp cover and turbine housing are aligned the same as they would bolt onto an '86-'87) you will need a specifically machined CNC Aluminum bracket that only Precision Turbo makes. My turbo that I just took off my car and am selling has the same Garrett TO4S cover (4" inlet, 2.5" outlet) and you are right, the actuator that is used on a TE-60 will not bolt up to the TO4S compressor cover. Call PTE and ask for Pete or Daisy. Tell them you need to order the wastegate actuator bracket with the specific hardware that is used on a TO4S compressor cover equipped turbo. This would be the CNC billet aluminum adapter bracket, a flush bevel cut hex screw, a cap screw with nut that bolts this bracket to the actuator and the compressor cover bolts. She will then go ask Matt or Steve in new turbo build room and they should know exactly what bracket and hardware you will need. If they need a part number for the compressor cover, you can tell them the compressor cover has this part number on it, CCS60, CCS61 or CCS67. Those would be the official part numbers for the compressor covers that are used on the 60 turbo with an S cover, a 61 turbo with an S cover, and a 67 turbo with an S cover. If you ordered a 60-1 or 60 turbo with the S cover, then it would be the CCS60 compressor cover.
Hope this helps.
