alky injection or pte front mount with 94 octane?
By the way, how are gt6131 turbos performing these days? I don't know anyone personally who has one so want 1/4 times.

Alky hands down. You can go from 15 pounds to 27 pounds on pump gas with the alky.

I run a Alycontrol Kit, and a Cotton's.
22+ PSI on 89 octane all day long.
Still experimenting and expect to be able to run ~26 without a problem.

BTW, just using a 50/50 mix of W/W fluid, and denatured alky.

Alky.

25+ psi on 93 octane. Spun the tires at 80 mph......

Running an old SMC single-speed kit and straight denatured from Home Depot...

Well here's a question......

Just got a nicely ported set of big valved heads put on. At 19 psi, the car pulls like it used to at 25. My question is, will I ever be able to run at 25 psi again with these heads on alky. With the alcohol I could tune for no knock before and still run 25-26 lbs. Now since the heads went on, I'm seeing knock at fairly low boost levels.....which I am CERTAIN is false knock. But I'm wondering if I will be able to approach those boost levels safely again?

BTW - I run a double nozzle SMC kit with straight denatured.

Turn up the fueling in the chip, seems like its lean if it had the same chip with the old heads, now you are flowing more air with these better heads.. you need more fuel.

Yeah, now that I've added heads and a cam, it's time to upgrade the fuel system across the board, I expect. I don't think my 009's and XP Pump are gonna hang anymore. Even so, I'll be interested to see how much boost I can run with the pump gass and alchy.....safely.

I trust Quick6'n'-K.C. Settle the current fuel issue, then tune your Alchy.
