Which bs and rim size clear????

I am really on the fence in reference to ordering rims.
I want to run 275/60/15 MT Streets.
I don't want to roll the well or rub the rail.
Which is best 15x8 4" bs or 15x10 5" bs - I what to use weld wheels.
Any information is truly appreciated.

15x8 would work fine, a 275 on a ten inch wheel is kinda small.

On the 15x8 would the 3.5bs be ok - or does it need a spacer???

3.5" backspace would look better than 4" backspace, it won't be so far under the car. It will still fit fine.
