Which O2 sensor??

Hi All
I purchased a Casper heated O2 sensor(4wire) upgrade a while back, and think I need to replace my O2 sensor. What type do I get? Can i get one for a certain car from like at the parts store? If so can anyone give me a part#, that will make it simple.

This should be it, Tho im sure there is another way of getting a replacement. Maybe see if your local parts store stocks Said part #.
