which wire???

I was outside today trying to find a noise on my 84T and remembered the discussion about the wire for the "power injection" light on the dash. I did a search and could not find the thread and the wire is not shown in any of my books. I found a green wire with a small square black connector near the windshield washer reservoir and a 2-wire connector with 1 red wire (slot A) and 2 brown wires (slot B). I installed a buld into the socket and can find nothing to make the light come on. I want to hook it up to my alky system as a "tell-tale" light for when the system is activated. Help
