Otto, if you're refering to Jerry Kupinski (the Gray T-type that ran 7.95 @176mph) he did not hit the wall, but a buddy of theirs named Dale that runs with them did....

"Dale Schiffer from the Fab Shop ran with us on Friday nite when we ran the 7.95 176 but his Flaiming Rivers Steering Box exploded after a wheel stand in the right lane at 400 feet out and put the car ito the wall. Dale runs the "10-Inch Racing " Program and was fortunately not injured in the crash. Dale raced with us as the chassis tuner for Saturday and Sunday and his help was more than appreciated."

Odell, the red car is 3000lbs w/ driver last I heard and the Gray Ttype that is owned by Jerry is 3455lbs w/ driver according to what White Racing posted...

Richie, you know as well as anyone that anything can happen. I assume you would be running limited street which is a very unpredictable class. Most either blow the tires off or put it on the bumper..
Be able to run some consistent respectable times and you got a shot.

Would love to see a buick there representing our community..
