white smoke problem! ....

my car is blowing white smoke here and there while driving.... (doesn't smoke at startup)
when i rev the car it also blows out white smoke and after wot run it smokes.... i have a brand new turbo from prescision and it hasnt done it since i've gotten new valve springs and valve stem seals replaced... it drives, idles , boosts fine

any thoughts???

my car did the same thing yesterday . white smoke after a wot run then stopped after 2 minutes. im thinking moisture because the car was sitting for the winter.

the smoke seems to be going away.... i think it was the new valve stem seals i dont know... maybe it trapped moisture or needed to settle...
