Who Carries the manley exhaust valves 11503?

The only place that I can find that carries the manley exhaust valves 11503 is Summit for $101.79(6). The only problem is thy don't have any in stock for another 3 to 4 weeks according to the web site. I would rather keep my money in the TB vendors but no one carries them. Anyone have any suggestions?
