who does trans. work close to n.c.?

i live in n.c. and need someone who does turbo buick trans. work.i beleave the gov. spring is off because it will not shift in to 3rd at wot. i dont know if i should try it my self.i finally got a good stock 87' trans. or is this something i could do?if so where would i get a new spring? and how would i go about it? thanks

thanks Mike, i was going to go up there to dyno my car soon. then i found my shift problem, so now maby i can do both.
