Who likes Danzig?

I stole my girlfriends Danzig cd the other day, its like a greatest hits cd. I haven't heard too many of their songs before, but the few I heard, I liked. But this cd rocks! Its rare I find a cd where I like all the songs. I'm gonna go steal more of her Danzig cd's. Reminds me of my punk skater days

He kinda dissappeared......... Last time I saw him on tv was way back after the earthquakes in Ca. , interviewing him about his house being all busted up.

Never forget one concert I went to see em at the American Theater here in St Louis........opening act one was great (a then unknown Korn) followed by this band, lead singer, a skinny white dude in black women's lingere.......one guitarist wearing a neon green bikini and a pink strap on.......everyone's like WTF!!! First time I ever heard Marillon Manson

of course it had nothing to do with danzig at the time, but still,

the first 2 danzig cd's are some of the best music ever.a couple of songs off "thrall" are pretty cool too.after that,he started changing the sound too much and i haven't been impressed with any of the new stuff.

i've seen them probably 5 times over the years,best was probably irvine amphitheater in about '94...halloween night with type-o negative opening up...rob zombie came out on the 2nd encore and sang "am i demon" with danzig...
