Who Made this Valve Cover & Breather

I'm curious...does anyone know who made the fabricated aluminum valve cover pictured below? How about the breather? The bottom half of the breather is welded to the valve cover. The top half of the breather screws into the bottom half of the breather. There are two layers of foam in the top half. Looks trick! Anyone know how well the breather works?

Not sure on the valve cover, but the breather is just a cheapy Ebay billet breather. I have the same set. FYI they didnt breathe enough on my engine. I drilled out the center all the way and put as many additional holes as I could around the perimeter. They're fine now. But still wouldn't necessarily recommend them.
