Who makes this extender chip????

I bought a used translator + set up with a extender chip. The chip has a smiley face " " on it. Who made this chip?

Bob Bailey made it. He is Mr Translator/Extender. He stole my trademark

Actually, he's been doing the smiley thing longer than I. Funny how we both came to smileys, we BOTH happened to see them in Staples and thought they'd be perfect.

Yeah, I think they put those smileys on there cause that's what your face is gonna look like when you run the chip.
