who programed my chip

the prior owner said that the chip that is in my car was bought from precision turbo. my question is who does the programing their for 55# inj? i have a street chip w/20degrees and a race chip w/ 26 degrees. these are marked on the chip along with the fuel inj, 55#.

If it was done recently (last 2-3 years) Joe Lubrant did it. Prior to that I dont know for sure
