Try GM parts direct. I got a quote locally from the dealer for some plug wires for my 91 Blazer 60 bucks locally, looked it up on http://www.gmpartsdirect.com and they were 32.81 shipped! Saved alot of money. Just a thought.

GM egr valve for the 84/5 GN/TRs have been discontinued for YEARS!!! None available 5 yrs ago when I tried to get one through the Buick dealer back then...even ran the number through the locator to see who might have one on the shelf...nothing, zilch, zero, goose eggs, etc...The parts guy was really surprised that there were none available as it is an emissions part and they should have been available long after other parts on the cars have been discontinued...Biggest problem is the low build number of these cars/motors...Low build number of motors = low build number of overrun replacement parts = parts disappear faster...GM should have used a common off-the-shelf egr valve part # instead of specifying specific shape/mount/apertures, etc...

Your only option is to find someone parting out a motor with a good used one or get an aftermarket egr, which will have washers with different size holes in them that meter the air going through them to get the proper flow...Basically a royal PITA to get it right the first time...Turned out in my case that the egr wasn't the problem, but it was something else(forget what though)...
