Alright...I can't get my BLM's over 105 @idle. When floored the o2 voltage is around 930. I turned the fp down to 28 static. No changes. Yes...I got the right chip for my blue tops ;) I also cannot get over 10 psi right now. I had this problem before but it was because I ran the boost line from the fp vac line. Switched to the front one on the intake and was getting 16psi without any changes (I know I wasn't getting more boost but it was reading it right). I swapped turbo/injectors/chip/pass header. WTF is going on? The car is so slow I can only spin the tires for like 10 feet loading it up from a stop. If I were to floor it going like 5mph it would just slowly accellerate. I know my tranny is taking a poop but about the other problems I don't know.

It sounds like an exhaust leak, but if it were your BLM's would be high. Could the linline boost valve be backwards? You know the Y-looking plastic valve going to your turbo compressor and wastegate. I had mine backwards once and it only maxxed out at 10 psi.

I didn't touch the y....maybe my actuator is shot. I'll disconnect the vac line and take it for a test drive. At least it will eliminate something :(

Can we please blow up my car next............

I got a question on exhaust leaks........as I can not get past 8lbs. right now. Is it possible to have a small exhaust leak you cant hear that would cause a huge boost leak when your out driving it? So, thus almost impossible to find when the car is idling and would only show up when the turbo is pumping?? If so maybe we have a simular prob,:(

Didnt mean to highjack or anything.........I am just having a similare problem myself.:)

When mine went from a consistant 18psi to 9psi, it took a quite a few weeks to figure out the little orifice had disappeared from the Y-connector. I don't know where it went but the boost dropped from one run to the next. Filled the turbo end of the Y with JBWeld and drilled it out to .054" and got it back to where it was supposed to be. HTH

Stupid question here: If the Y plastic valve is marked a "restriction" on some diagrams I've seen, why can't you just ditch it??

Huh...mine was actually ditched! I didn't notice it before cause I'm a retard  A lot of other vac lines were also hooked up incorrectly as a couple vac ports on the tb were left open. I blocked off the unused ones and hooked up a "y" and ran her. The car wouldn't start so I turned up the fp and low and behold it fired. BLM reads 128 and integrator is bouncing around 110-120 area. I didn't put the pressure to ideal yet or even give it a road test cause It's pretty much out of gas. I wouldn't even be able to make it up to the station  I'm gonna get a can of gas and try her out later. Hopefully this eliminates some of the problems but I think it's a start!
