I currently have the original stock unopened 109 in my GN. 30k miles. I have the usual bolt ons. 6165dbb turbo. 9.5" ptc 3k stall. Xp fuel pump. Hotwired. Volt booster. Meth inj. TT 6.1 wb chip. PL. it's a great running car. I've been 7.20's 1/8 and 11.20's 1/4.
My goal is mid to lower 10's
I'm looking at doing Champion ported irons. Assembled With stainless valves. T&D shaft roller rockers. Etc. Ported Champion intake. Morel roller lifters. CompCams 206/206 or 210/210 roller. Cloyes double roller timing set. ARP head studs. All new ARP fasteners. (Cam, cover, intake, etc) obviously all new gaskets.
Should I step up to aluminum heads?
Which cam?
Any other comments or suggestions?
I'm planning on doing this ASAP. Does anyone want to quote me

I plan on addressing the bottom end this winter.
