I just came back from town and and stopped and floored it:
o2's 816......kr 0.5 at 17psi with fuel press at 40lbs but my bl's read 160 all the way thru the run.If cruising they are around 140 145 then will go to 154-160 upon even mild to moderate acceleration. If i let off a to decel they go to 125-129 and are the same cruising around 2100-2300 rpm.I put fp to 44lbs and the bl #'s at idle are 140.This is with a Joe Lubrtant chip[20 deg timing] and is the same with my Jay Carter chip[not sure of the timing with it].BTW the O2 sensor is a new Delco AFS 74 with less than a 100 miles,I installed it to try and cure this.I can't find a vacuum leak anywhere, pulled manifolds and checked for cracks and straightness. It also will give a big "huff" of rich smoke when hitting it hard, and this is really annoying around town when playing from light to light.Do I have anything to worry about?
Someone told me that to only check my Bl's at cruise? Some have said to check at idle?If I got it to 128 at idle my fp would be VERY high!!
BTW TPS .44 and 4.62 at wot.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm. I run a JL street chip too and my BLM is locked at 128 at WOT so I don't know why yours are reading so high. Otherwise it sounds like you might have a vacuum leak. Also might want to try another pcv valve TR specific.

spray some carb cleaner all around the vac lines throtle body around the PCV gromet. My leak was the EGR gasket.

Good Luck
