You need a scanner. Is the AC on? If so, thats why.
Otherwise, scan data stream and find out whats turning it on.
If you dont have an OBDII scanner w/Chrysler specific software, might I suggest you dont touch it. If you cant access the factory PID's in the data stream, you wont know WHY the fan is on. Generic mode wont tell you. (Plus, Chryslers ATM tests are wonderful to use for diag's)
