I`ve been trying to use my e-brake, but when i press the pedal all the way down the car still will move..I`m going to take off the rear drum anyway to change brake shoes, but what would i be looking for to fix the emergency brake problem? and also what is the best brake shoes to buy..

Your adjusters might be froze up and not adjusting your rear brakes when you back up. Look to see if you can turn it when you take the drums off. Adjust it so you can just slide the drum back on and it should work for you.

Also, check and tighten the nut that connects the left and right cables to the main cable leading to the e-brake pedal. Kind of hard to explain but if you get under the car you will see it. Everything comes to a "Y" and it will be right there. The cables can get stretched over time and the nut is probably all crudded up so bring some wd-40 or similar.
