why are my lights and voltage so low..ive been having this trouble for a while now...the scan master reads anywhere from a low 10.9---uo to the highest 12.3..ive replaced the alt. and battery..checked all the grounds on the back of the heads and the one from the bat to the front of the head...ive heard to check to see if the grounds are good..run an alt ground cable from like the manifold to frame...and if the voltage picks up its a ground prob..but i dont see how it would work...but im at wits end..checked the bat and alt numerous times and both checked good...all wires look good...replaced both battery cables with units from gm...i also heard bad bulbs in the cars wiring could cause it due to the circuit not being completed..so i replaced all bulbs just to try it..lol...i dunno....any help would be appreciated...thanks.
