Peel the stickers and window tint off. Windows look purple.

I'm not a fan of the mud flaps all around either.

Just my 2 cents.

Well, kind of hard to tell you based upon the information you've given

But just judging by the pics, it doesnt look that clean under the hood and the engine looks basically stock. I could be wrong, but it also looks like there are some paint chips on the passenger side.

Also, white letter tires and mudflaps do not scream "buy me", I start thinking about CB antennas and trailer hitches when I see that stuff, but that is just me... and, in the first pic, the tints look to be turning purple. You also have some aftermarket sticker in the rear window.

IMHO, to fetch the most for a car you have to make it look as clean and showroom as possible which means losing the tints (this is debatable if they are new and high quality) losing the stickers, losing the mudflaps, Flipping the white letters inward, detailing the engine bay (with armor all on the plastic pieces) looming the plug wires
and if you want as much as you are asking it oughta have really low miles or an assload of mods

You can pick up some really nice cars for 10 grand.

I bought mine with a very clean engine bay, welds, roll cage and a very clean interior (some wear on the drivers seat), huge turbo, intercooler, 3600 stall, etc etc for only 6 grand. Your paint is nicer though, mine needs a paint job.

Give a better detail's about the car .. GN's are easier to sell than T's . They also bring more $$$$ ...Most people can relate to GNs but not to T's ..

The fad is black for now until the money guys start looking at these cars and realize that they can’t show off a black GN at a Buick show because there are another 5 of them.
But that one dumb guy way over there is getting the attention on his rosewood with plush interior that not too many have or can easily get or have ever even seen
I think the price of car is based on how rare they are.
For example my Bro had a 1968 Camaro RS and when he would take it to play golf and parked it next to the big money euros all eyes whir on his car. Because it is rare.
I can’t wait until the ’68 convertible chevelle is on the road.

Bill, I'd trade ya the 86 GN back for it if I didn't have so much blood, sweat, and tears tied up in it....lol  BTW, I'm hoping to have it into the 11s by the end of summer...hehehe. I'll be up in your neck of the woods the weekend before the big show at IRP.

I think the GN will always be the flagship. I had a discussion with one of our club members/gear head who believes T-Types will eventually start to be cloned into GN's. Not a good move IMO, but could be a reality. I like white letter tires, I've always been a fan of the early musclecar look and thats part of it. My GN has the white letter option code.

Anyway, back on track, that T is nice and should find a good home.

eventually, its already boing done. maybe you mean on a larger scale, but ive seen plenty of black Ts with GN badges on them. imnot really sure if the T will ever overtake the GNs, pricewise. rarity isnt tne only thing that goes into the equation. talke a look at fieros for example, i believe their pretty rare but you can get them cheap. the GNs have the most recognizibility, if thats even a word, so they will probally always be the money leader, even if the Ts are more rare. I for one like both, for a while i had a thing for the black cars, still do to an extent, but now if i fould a really nice T i would pick it up.

back to the subject, yours looks nice. every body is talking about the mud flaps and white letter tires. i dont mind the flaps and the white letters look cool. its an opinion thing, but i will agree if youre going to ask that kind of money, youve gotta give someone a reason to want to come look at it. there should have been a lot more info in the post. people like to know milage, mods, has if ever been painted, hows the interior, a pic of it maybe, has it been garaged, driven daily of siting for years. things like that. you throw up a few pics and a price and people will look, but they dont want to have to call you to get all the info they want, make it easier for them. just some constructive criticism. do that, if its really as nice as it looks, you shouldnt have a problem.

I appreciate all the input and suggestions.
I just figured that someone would be interested enough to call and get the info right from the source.....i do not type too fast or too well to document the whole car.I also did not expect to see so many for sale....looks like every one that was ever made......is still around!
I love the car so keeping it is no problem...it just takes time from my other cars........

Peace WildBill

you need to state what the mileage is, pictures of the interior, and just about any information that you can think of. The more information that you include that makes the car look good the better the person will feel about buying it. Now you should also include things that are wrong with it, and don't say there's nothing wrong with it. I'm sure there's a couple little scratches or dings, but if it's the original paint that's to be expected. But just remember, the more information there is the easier it is to sell. I won't even consider a car unless it atleast lists the mileage, why should I have to spend my time to call and find out when that's common information that should be included in the ad.

Gn's are a dime a dozen and a bitch to keep clean, cops love them, birds sh!t all over them....
Your car looks awesome, hold out for the money you want, I see idiots asking $800-$1000 for GTA rims ,Post the pic of your daught next to the car again(think it was your car) and it will sell.....
Dark Blue Met is sweet......never even notice the mudflapps and white letter tire ,prolly since I am not a hillbilly maybe some are and dont want to have anything pointing out the fact that someone maybe..
Just having a little fun...
Good luck :D

You are right about the mileage. I should have posted that(93,000) but the
car has a new timing chain and gears plus valve springs. I've seen turbo cars with 150k+ miles on them that still run and drive excellent.

I've posted enough pictures of Kylie(next to HER T-type) plus she's on the calender.Look for her at Indy racing the ladies bracket at the HP nats.

Car will be at Indy in the car corral.

It has NO problems other than...
1. antenna stuck 1/2 way up
2. AC that needs charged
3. original paint with chip.....and mudflaps.

Thanks and Peace WildBill
