Why wont my pics work?

Everytime I post a pic it just shows a link. The pics are loaded on putfile, and I want them to show as an actuall photo instead of a link. How the heck do you do it?

Hit post reply. Then when you get to the advanced menu, there is a little mountain looking button. Click that, then copy and paste the URL.

Go to Photobucket, Register your email, and Upload the Picture to it.
Then you click on the 3rd one down which is the IMG link.
Copy and paste it into the forum.
To copy and paste it quickly:
Hit your Control C button (for Copy), Control V Button (For Paste)

Preview it to make sure it works. Should work fine. (see below)

Thats exactly what I do, but I have them uploaded on putfile. Does putfile not work on here?
