wide journal forged cranks

Where can u get a 3.625 Crank forged with "wide "journal without the high priced billet ones?
I hear the guy that made the 4340 forged wide journals quit making them?
If billet is all that's available is there a cheaper option than the TA Crowers ones?

Is Moldex or any of the other shops cheaper?
