I calibrated it per instructions (in free air) and it worked fine then I stopped and got out of the car and checked all connections under the hood just to make sure nothing was too close to exhaust heat and all connections were good and when I got back in the car it was doing it. I think I know what happened though. I installed a calibration button in the ashtray and I think when I close the ash tray it pressed the button and it calibrated while running.
I recalibrated it and re-mounted the calibration button and it works good again.
