Wideband took a crap???

I noticed that there was a miss in the system latley. I tuned the computer on and noticed that the wideband would read 9.0 A/F while driving normal. Then would go back to normal a minute later, this would be on and off. Its not an injector lock, if I turn off the wideband problem goes away. Is this a comin problem with these when they go out? HOw much to replace and where can I get one?

Anyone??? comin symptoms of a wideband going out. All wires to the wideband are good.
