wierd boost issues?

turbo only building 6 bounds of boost and is really slow to get thier i know i have an exhaust leak i guess that sould have something to do with it but it was fine until i tightened up on the actuator rod for more boost. ever since then the car is dead slow.

any suggestions????????

Maybe the WG puck is stuck open after adjusting the rod. Check that first...that would show signs of slow spoolup and low boost.
