yes you can but it will take a series of ck valves to make work. Not the best idea tho...

Bruce, Thanks for the reply! Why not such a good idea and how do I do it exactly? Be specific if you can. I have a column shift and it is diffucult to shift manually.
 
I did the check valve thing with turbo 400 in my car and it still sucked if i do a 400 again it will have a kit like transpack that does away with module but still shifts automatically

double check that it does away with module and still shifts auto.

I used them on turbo 350's mainly but pretty sure it did the same on 400 buddy had in his camaro

I think you may have drank too much moonshine. LOL

Transpack in Manual mode will work without mod but without full manual shift it will not work. I am still looking into this cable thing. I think I still have one. Just you guys have no clue as to what my fday is like. If whoever it is calls me at work, tells Amy that they are the guy looking for so and so and to ask me, I will look right then. See, I forget , gee Im sorry only got 342,000 things on my mind now. :D:D

the ones I used in t-350 tranny's did away with module and still shifted by itself if left in drive...:confused:
