True story, unfortunately.

My post:
Sure you will & sure 556 horses is plenty for you.
Here's my story, and I am sticking to it:
Springdale Avenue, Huntington Beach, CA, about 8 months back, waiting patiently at a light going home after the shooting range.
A female, maybe late '20's, pulls up in the lane next to me in a Lexus 460, probably the last model change back.
She revved her motor a tad. I swear I heard at least a SC or turbo, pipes, & cam. Like a idiot, I'm thinking who mods a Lexus?
Being the stupid gentleman that I am, I let her leave the light a tad before me.
I got excited, broke the tires loose coming out of the hole, backed off, & went at it again, but gave up browbeaten. She was way too far ahead.
She walked me like a pink poodle in the park. By the time that I could get back into it, she had me covered like a cheap Italian suit.
I just watched her taillights flash 3 times, she drove off into the sunset, and I promised myself that I would not let that happen again.
Bought new tires the next week to replace the bald ones that I had on the car.
So long for the "bone stock theory" & the "let the girlie leave 1st tude"
I am now sporting 574 RWHP & appropriate corresponding RWTQ, and looking for that car every time I go to the range.
Hopefully, this story will bring you to your senses before it is too late, and you have to go through the same embarrassment & humility that I did.
Now, go ahead and get out the "Honest Charlie" speed catalogue, before it is too late.
True story, unfortunately.
