Will Manuel door panels work on a electric door?

I just want to make sure , thought that this was the case. As long as u knocked out a priece or two that's stamped in the back of the panel.
Maybe I'm wrong ?

My manual car has power door panels on the holes for cranks line up with switch holes. Just the power holes are larger since they are square and rectangle on drivers side
