Will stock fuel lines line up to champion rails with champion intake?

Mine don't. Is there something I need to do?

Title is incorrect.
I meant will stock fuel lines connect to champion fuel rails with champion intake?

Thanks,
Chris

are you asking about the fittings? they are different

I have the fitting but the stock fuel line does not line up with the rail.
It looks like the champion intake makes the rail sit higher.

Correct, a/n line from the frame up would do it

Why bother with stock fuel lines if you have Champion fuel rails?

You "can" do it

Hmmm did they just line up for you?
Are the lines mounted near the fuel pump block off plate?

Why bother with Champ rails if you aren't going to dual feed them? Isn't the purpose of them increased fuel to both banks and keeping #1 from going lean? If you need that extra fuel wouldn't it make more sense to eliminate the restrictions and add 8AN feed lines/s?

Cause they came on the intake. I have a double pumper as well. The lines were never a issue. But if I can't get them to line up properly I may have to run some new lines.

No they are not in the clamp at the block-off plate. Just took a little "tweaking" and they are fine. Car was finished two years ago. No rubbed through lines, leaks or issues.

you really didnt state what intake you have as champion has two different intakes , one is stock that they port and one is a new cast like the old BGC intake

for champ rails on champion ported stock intake .. they will work but may have to tweak the line to the regulator
for champ rails on the champion new casting (race) intake ... the rails are spread further out than stock so dont expect to just spin the fitting right in without some bending or stretching.

I think you need not worry about dual feeding until you are well into the low 9's on E-85 or mid 8's on race fuel. These observations come from walking around the pits in BG, Norwalk, and peeking under the hood under other fast Buicks.

Exactly, why even have these special rails if you aren't even coming close to using their potential...

The look and the features it has over the stock unit. I don't have one but I can see why it sells.
Ported Stocker $300
1 inch Spacer $100 not pictured
Powdercoat or Sandblast $100
Kenne-Bell style doghouse $150

Or buy a aftermarket Champion
