Will Translator+ work with stock chip?

I am coming up on a smog test and I will need to change out the cold air system.

I am running the 3" MAF and translator+. I don't think I could pass with the Extender chip, but I do have the stock chip and if need be the a good stock MAF.

I was thinking of using the stock air filter and 3" MAF with the stock chip.

Will this work? I have the settings on the Translator+ set at
On,On,Off,Off - 3,3,0,E

You should be able to leave the settings alone.
